When 'Gluten Free' is not enough💁🏼♀️
We tried for years and years and depended on countless doctors to help heal our bodies. A few years back, my 9-year-old was starting to truly suffer from inflammation that was out of our control. No doctors seemed to help; they just wanted to prescribe medication that had more side effects than benefits. The inflammation was not just in my 7-year-old daughter’s gut but throughout her whole little body. As her mom, I felt completely helpless. I started learning all about the anti-inflammatory protocol diet and even completed an entire program with a reputable functional medicine doctor in the area. My entire family did it! Myself, along with my 4 kids (at the time, ages 12, 11, 9, and 7). That is when our lives changed forever… for the better, after doing what we call the AIP Diet, the ‘Healthy Challenge’.
