Welcome to month TWO of the Gluten Free Your Year challenge! I’m so glad you’re here! (You can find an overview of the challenge HERE) This month’s theme is “Gluten Free Your Kitchen, and I have to be honest, I think this is going to be my favorite one! Food is central to the gluten free way of living because, well, many foods have gluten and we all have to eat! Whether you’ve been gluten free for a day or a decade, we can all do a little better and learn new things, right? This month’s challenge will look different for each person depending on whether their house is 100% gluten free, like mine, or if they share kitchen space with gluten free food, like so many of you. To kick off this month’s challenge, you can download your own “Gluten Free My Kitchen Checklist” to use as you walk through the weekly challenges!

What weekly challenge are you most excited about? Let me know in the comments!

How The Challenge Works: The beginning of each week has a “Weekly Challenge” which is designed with an overarching theme. The majority of the challenge details will be shared on Instagram each week so make sure you’re following along!

Each Wednesday has a “Connect Challenge” where you get to share what you’ve been working on! Think of it like gluten free show and tell. It’s a way I get to connect with you! Share in an Instagram story or post, tag me, and use #glutenfreeyearwithcoral Each month I’ll randomly select one person who has participated in each of that month’s connect challenges and send them my ecourse and printables pack!

And any good challenge has a built-in reward system! Each Saturday, I have created a “Celebrate” challenge, with a recipe from my blog and a fun idea to do with your family or on your own.

If you signed up for the newsletter before February 1st and haven’t received your calendar, please send me an email so I can get that sent right over. If you haven’t signed up for the newsletter yet, don’t worry, you can still join in! You’ll find the newsletter sign up button by scrolling to the bottom of the home page HERE

I hope today you learn something new and if you can avoid just one of the errors I made- I will call it a big W – a big win!
