 Michigan State University Extension’s Stress Less with Mindfulness program, claims ‘that a person has 80,000 thoughts a day. 90 percent of these thoughts are ones we have had before, and 80 percent of these are negative. Luckily, negative thoughts can be recognized and changed with some intentional focus and lots of practice.’

Mindset is everything. Remove the ‘definites’ in your thinking and word choices. Never, ever, always, no one… aren’t healthy on your mind and generally are not received well either.
