Wow! That’s a wrap of of another year! Winter is such a magical and sacred time of year. In between all the holiday festivities and family celebrations, there is the quiet and dark of the winter season that invites reflection and planning. In this final post of the Gluten Free Your Year Challenge  I want to invite you to LOOK BACK and PLAN AHEAD with me. We can thrive, finding our gluten free groove in this gluten filled world. Taking this time to slow down, reflect, celebrate successes, and plan our next steps is crucial to our ongoing growth. I am so excited for the possibilities of the new year! So I challenge you to join me in taking a moment to reflect on how your Gluten Free Year went, and let’s make some plans for next year together!

Look Back at your Gluten Free Year

Wether you joined me in January or are just learning about the Gluten Free Your Year Challenge  now, you can think back on this year and your gluten free journey. How long have you been eating gluten free? What has been your most motivating why? What has been the biggest success this year? What’s been a challenge?

I invite you to revisit the Gluten Free Your Year landing page and reflect on ways that you have been able to challenge, connect and celebrate this year!  Let me know which ones were your favorite and where you would love more content to help you on your journey.

I am here to cheer you on and coach you along the way. Over the years, I have developed so many skills to thrive in my gluten free life and I want to help you do the same! I’ve got all the love and feels for our gluten free community! This year, my great success has been taking everything I’ve been learning and really getting concrete on how I can share this system with others. The Gluten Free Your Year challenge has been such a fun series, and I have also been creating something even bigger!!

Plan Ahead

So now, let’s get serious– what areas do you feel you really want to improve still? From the 12 themes in this challenge, which one gives you the most stress still? Maybe you can start the new year by revisiting and committing to improving that area and going from there…

Here’s a Recap of the 12 Themes:

This program will stay available and will be revised and updated as a free blog post series for the year 2022. You can also go back and find the related podcasts in each blogpost. Maybe you want to journey through the year again! And I’m always working on sharing my journey with you as I go through life and find great products or try new hacks, so follow me on Instagram @glutenfreewithcoral

Have you heard of the One Word Intent?

Instead of making a big New Years resolution that you forget a few weeks later, the one word intent helps to recenter your energy throughout the year as you apply your word to all the different situations that arise. My Intent Project is a fun way to get inspired to reflect and find your word for the new year! Connect with friends and with me (tag me on Instagram!) by sharing your intentions for the new year. We have all the support and love for you! You got this!

Is a Complete Gluten Free Transformation in your New Year?

Maybe when you were reflecting, you felt like a wreck. I feel you! Sometimes it feels so hard and overwhelming to wrap your head around this gluten free lifestyle. All the recipe swaps, rules for the kitchen, navigating eating in social situations, changing old habits, and so much more! It just makes you want to pull out your hair!
